Refund & Returns Policy

1. Returns
Due to the nature of research peptides and strict temperature-controlled storage requirements, we cannot accept returns of opened, reconstituted, or improperly stored products.
Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at support@vlorapeptides.com with your order number.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or reconstituted vials
- Products stored outside recommended conditions (-20°C)
- Bacteriostatic water and other lab supplies once opened
- Custom or bulk orders
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Refunds exclude shipping costs unless the error was ours.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
6. Lost Shipments
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days. We will work with the courier to investigate.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve disputes quickly and directly.
